How the program works:
Basic requirements:
- Your company must have an established business entity filing (LLC, INC, Prop.)
- Must be fully licensed, bonded and insured in the state of service
- Must have completed the Certification Application
- Your company must have been approved to enter the program by our Director of Operations
- Your company must complete a sub-contractor agreement with ASPS
- Your company must comply with all ASPS regulations

Phase 1 - ASPS gets the job
Phase 2 - ASPS contracts the opportunity with the client, invoices the client, and provides the client with certificates of insurance
Phase 3 - We contact our Certified Contractor for the desigated area and verify prepardness to do the job
Phase 4 - You send your trained certifed guards into duty
Phase 5 - We pay you for the services provided on a pre-determined basis
