Web-based Daily Activity Reporting Portal. We now provide our clients with real-time daily activity reporting. Each customer has a unique log-in where they may enter an online portal and review reports stored in the Corporate database. Information on this database is maintaned for 5 years and can be sorted, archived and printed at the client's leisure.
Streamlined Recruitment, Screening, Hire & Retention Processes. All Saints has recently launched its internet based recruitment and application tracking system. Streamlining the application process, it provides applicants with automated feedback as to thier application status. Area managers and members of the Executive Department meet with every new employee to share with them Corporate Culture and help determine whether the candidate is a good fit. At the end of the process, based on merit, the ideal applicant is awarded a competitive compensation package and may be cleared for work.
GPS Patrol Monitoring.Our patrols are equipped with real-time GPS tracking devices that feed into our extremly sophistocated, Central Tracking System. Officers mark their locations and make notes using an electronic PDA device or laptop which is then immediately available for client review. At any time, clients may log in to monitor the activity on thier property during the officer's shift.

Tier 1 - Security Guard Accountability – The Critical Difference
Our officers receive mandatory training refreshers on customer service; situational de-escalation; written and verbal communication with a concentration on report writing.

Our management team consists of site supervisors, area supervisors, divisional commanders, and the CEO. To help maintain and increase the quality of our service to organizations and compliance of our officers with the Commonwealth’s Department of Criminal Justice Services, we also employ an officer responsible solely for compliance and quality control on a full-time basis.

Accountability assurance through the utilization of electronic tracking devices may also be implemented on each property at the discretion of our clients' management. These devices are readily available and would be installed and maintained by All Saints throughout the term of our service to you. The most attractive advantage of this system is that our client would have the ability to track security officer activity on sites via a secure web portal from any computer with internet access, mobile phone or pda.
The system is comprised of numerous barcode strips that can be placed at various checkpoints throughout the property. When the officer conducts his/her foot patrol, it would be required that each checkpoint is scanned by the device during the time that area is patrolled. The handheld scanner device is a rugged phone, supervisor panic button and GPS tracker all-in-one.
