As a result of the mandatory, bi-monthly refresher training in hand-gun handling, incident de-escalation techniques, traffic control and report writing, the officers assigned to your property will maintain full readiness for any situation that arises. in addition to our field supervisory team, our CEO often times conducts several trips to the field to ensure officer compliance and offer valued insight as to service quality. This practice eliminates the middle man when it comes to translating the partners' interests to the field.

ADDED VALUE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST

Just for signing on with All Saints, we will bonus you with random, daily courtesy patrols in marked/unmarked vehicles at your discretion.

A CUSTOMER CENTERED APPROACH

Our philosophy is that you, our partner's interest must always be held in the highest regard in accordance to State Code. All Saints even features a Community Outreach team whose goal is to increase resident participation in crime prevention and awareness. If permitted, during the summer months we coordinate several events on property and solicit the participation of local law and fire enforcement.

SEAMLESS TRANSITIONING AND RAMP-UP

Because we ahve staff on ready stand-by, All Saints is prepared to transition onto your property in as little as 2 buisness days for accounts requiring more than 150 hours per week. For accounts requiring less than 150 manhours per week, we may transition within a few hours or so. During this stage, your current provider may begin to neglect its responsibilityy; if so, All Saints will provide you coverage at no cost as a courtesy until the service commencement date.

INSURANCE

To reduce the risk of your liability as a result of security operations on your property, All Saints maintains a $5,000,000.00 General Business Liability Insurance Policy, Workman's Compensation Insurance and Vehicular Liability Insurance (all certificates may be provided at the time of contract).

INVOICE TERMS

We offer very flexible invoice terms, to include Net 7 day to Net 45 day accounts. All forms of payment are accepted including automatic bank draft which offers an attractive discount in rate.

LICENSING & COMPLIANCE

Aside from its Multi-State Licensing, All Saints is a registered Limited Liability Company and a Department of Minority Business Enterprise Certified Small, Women and Minority Owned Business since 2008. The majority of our employees are Section III certified as well. All Saints is a HUB Zone business. We have been awarded GSA Contract under Schedule 84.

We cannot stress enough our policy to ensure that all officers remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations in terms of officer certification, renewal and continual training. We will not tolerate slopily dressed, non-professional officers in any way. This is our guarantee.
